Local Priorities Drug taking Message

I wanted to provide you with an update regarding Drug taking, which people around your area have highlighted as an issue of concern on the priority survey.

Following reports of possible drug taking in some licenced premises, Dyfed-Powys Police licencing officer and Police Officers attended establishments and drug swipes were taken. Positive swipes were had for cocaine.
Suitable safeguarding advice was provided to the licensees.
Illegal drug use is not tolerated within Dyfed-Powys Police and we work with partner agencies to take action against such activities.
